Policies:

Late Arrival


  1. Please arrive on time for your appointment. I try to schedule a little extra time between guests, but sometimes I do have back to back appointments.
  2. If you are going to be late for your appointment by 7 or more minutes please call to let me know so I can plan according and call other guests to make them aware they may sit. I always call a guest if I am running 15 or more minutes late.
  3. IN THE CASE OF A MASSAGE: If you are ten or more minutes late, and I do have someone right after you, you have the choice to reschedule or get time cut from your appointment. You will still be billed for the whole appointment you signed up for.
  4. IN THE CASE OF NAILS: If you are ten or more minutes late, and I do have someone right after you, I will need to reschedule your appointment due to not being able to cut time from your appointment. You will be marked down as a "Last Minute Cancellation"


No Show


  1. If you do not show up for your appointment after two times, you will not be allowed to reschedule and you will be billed for half of the two appointments you did not show up for.


Constant Cancellation/ Last Minute Cancellation


  1. If you cancel two times in a row without a 24 hour notice, you will need a 50% down payment for your next scheduled appointments and you can only schedule the day of or before.
  2. If you cancel three times in a row without a 24 hour notice, you will not be allowed to reschedule again.
